Am I eligible to apply in any Polyclinic across India, if I have recently resigned, from an ECHS Polyclinic?

If a Contractual Staff resigns from appointment, he/ she will not be employed in any Polyclinic across India till completion of contract period for which he/ she was appointed. For example, if an individual has been appointed from 01 Apr 2021 to 31 Mar 2022 and he/ she resigns in May 2021 he/ she will be considered for appointment in any other Polyclinic post 31 Mar 2022 only.

यदि मैंने हाल ही में ईसीएचएस पॉलीक्लिनिक से इस्तीफा दिया है तो क्या मैं भारत भर में किसी भी पॉलीक्लिनिक में आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र हूं?

यदि कोई संविदा कर्मचारी नियुक्ति से इस्तीफा देता है, तो उसे अनुबंध की अवधि पूरी होने तक भारत भर में किसी भी पॉलीक्लिनिक में नियोजित नहीं किया जाएगा जिसके लिए उसे नियुक्त किया गया था। उदाहरण के लिए, यदि किसी व्यक्ति को 01 अप्रैल 2021 से 31 मार्च 2022 तक नियुक्त किया गया है और वह मई 2021 में इस्तीफा दे देता है तो उसे 31 मार्च 2022 तक किसी अन्य पॉलीक्लिनिक पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा।
