Yes, there is a design of polyclinic building which gives details of size of rooms and utilisation with respect to each type of Polyclinic. It is given in GoI/MoD letter No 24(4)/03/US(WE)/D(Res) dated 01 Aug 2003 and is also available on echs.gov.in website.
