What are the documents required to be submitted for allocation of funds by CO ECHS for construction of ECHS building?

To process the case for construction of Polyclinic building, desired documents along with Bd Proceedings are required to be forwarded for according Acceptance In Principle (AIP) and subsequent allotment of funds. 

The documents are similar to those required for according Administrative Approval. List of documents are as under:-

(a) Statement of Case indicating authorised built up area as per Type of Polyclinic.

(b) Board of Officers.

(c) AEs Part I & II (for original works only).

(d) Lay out plan within the authorised built up area.

(e) Recommendations of Stn Cdr, GOC and GOC-in-C.

ईसीएचएस भवन के निर्माण के लिए सीओ ईसीएचएस द्वारा धन आवंटन के लिए कौन से दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे?

पॉलीक्लिनिक भवन के निर्माण के मामले को संसाधित करने के लिए, सैद्धांतिक स्वीकृति (एआईपी) और बाद में धन के आवंटन के लिए बीडी कार्यवाही के साथ वांछित दस्तावेजों को अग्रेषित करना आवश्यक है।

दस्तावेज़ प्रशासनिक अनुमोदन के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों के समान हैं। दस्तावेज़ों की सूची इस प्रकार है:-

(ए) पॉलीक्लिनिक के प्रकार के अनुसार अधिकृत निर्मित क्षेत्र को दर्शाते हुए मामले का विवरण।

(बी) अधिकारियों का बोर्ड।

(सी) एई भाग I और II (केवल मूल कार्यों के लिए)।

(डी) अधिकृत निर्मित क्षेत्र के भीतर योजना बनाना।

(ई) स्टेशन कमांडर, जीओसी और जीओसी-इन-सी की सिफारिशें।
